Bite Cancer Foundation Family Support Program
It is the purpose of the Bite Cancer Foundation to provide a financial gift as our way of support to those families that are actively battling cancer. The gift is a sign of support from the Byron Center Community and is not based on financial need. When the monies in this fund have been depleted, no further requests can be considered.
Requirements and Policies
The family/individual being served has a Byron Center School District address and has a
member of the household who is currently battling cancer.
The family/individual being served is eligible for this gift once each calendar year (for a total
of three years/gifts) as long as the cancer continues or continued expense results from the
cancer experience.
A representative from the Bite Cancer Foundation will contact the applicant via phone to
determine the most appropriate distribution of the available funds.
